Weber offers the most popular cooking wood, hickory, in chunks for both charcoal and gas barbecues. Weber gas barbecue owners can use the hickory chunks in the smoker attachment. Charcoal kettle owners can place the chunks directly onto the burning charcoal. For a much stronger flavour the chunks may be soaked in water and then placed on top of the hot charcoal.
