Sesame prawns

Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 kg fresh large green shrimp, 2 lbs (shrimps); 1/2 cup soy sauce; 1/3 cup green onion, chopped;
1/4 cup sesame oil; 1/4 cup water; 3 cloves garlic; 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger; 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg.
Method
Shell and wash the prawns leaving the tails intact.
2. Combine all ingredients except prawns, mixing well, in a bowl.
3. Add prawns, cover and marinate for 1-2 hours.
4. Remove from marinade.
5. Cook in the BBQ with lid on for 8-15 minutes, or until cooked through (DO NOT OVERCOOK), depending on size.
