500g tender beef, such as fillet, porterhouse or rump.
1 small onion, diced.
20ml soy sauce
60 ml peanut oil.
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
50 g roasted peanuts
20 skewers
Cut beef into 1cm (1/2") chunks
Place remaining ingredients in food processor.
Blend until smooth
Marinate beef for 1 hour
Thread 4-5 pieces of beef on each skewer
Place beef skewers on oiled bbq grill
cook for 5 min, turning 2-3 times
