Place curry paste and coconut cream in a small saucepan.
bring to the boil
Simmer for 2-3 min and add salt to taste.
Peel prawns, removing heads, but leaving tails intact.
Remove intestinal tract (deveine)
Thread one prawn on each skewer lengthways through the centre
Brush with coconut curry paste
place prawns on oiled BBQ plate
cook for 2 min each side basting often
