Beef and Bok Choy, Stir Fry

Preparation & Cooking Time: 10 minutes


2 tablespoons sesame oil; 2 tablespoons peanut oil; 2 bunches bok choy, cleaned and sliced; 1 pound round, flank or tip steak; 3 green onions, chopped; 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger; 1 tablespoon minced garlic; 1/4 cup soy sauce; 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted.


In a work or large skillet, heat the sesame and peanut oils on high for 30 seconds. Add the bok choy, steak, green onions, ginger and garlic and fry for 5 minutes, or until steak is rare. Add the soy sauce and continue cooking until the steak is medium-rare to medium. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.
