Bermudan Hot Grilling Sauce

3 teaspoons brown sugar

4 tablespoons pineapple juice

4 tablespoons dark rum

4 tablespoons Tabasco or Bermudan hot sauce--(like Outerbridges), up to 5 tbsp.

one orange -- Juice of

1/8 teaspoon allspice

Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce.
