Grilled fish and chips (healthy)

Potatoes 4 whole; Olive Oil 1/4 cup; Fish Fillets (Boneless)4 whole; Lite Tartare 1 cup.


Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Cook potato slices for about 5 minutes or until almost tender but still firm.

Drain and pat dry potatoes. Brush with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season generously with Salt and Cracked Black Pepper.

Cook on a preheated barbecue over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Meanwhile, brush the fish with the remaining olive oil and season with Salt and Cracked Black Pepper.

Cook on preheated barbecue for about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Serve fish and chips with Lite Tartare Sauce and lemon wedges.
