Mini Fillet Mignons

Preparation & Cooking Time: 8-15 min
Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

500g fillet steak, cut into 2.5cm cubes

6 bacon rashers

Method

Wrap the bacon around the small pieces of fillet steak, and secure it with toothpicks. Cook the mini fillet mignons on the barbecue with the lid on for 8 minutes (rare) or 12-15 minutes (well done). For improved appearance turn them over to show the grill marks when serving.
