Roast Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Brush the lamb with oil and season it with salt and pepper. Place the lamb on the barbecue and cook it with the lid on for 75-90 minutes, or until done. Vegetables may be placed around the roast during cooking. Serve the meat sliced with meat sauce or jelly
