Whiting with pine nuts
Preparation & Cooking Time:
6 Whiting (12 fillets)
extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of pine nuts
Toast lightly the pine nuts and set aside.
Lightly oil (extra virgin) the whiting fillets, add salt and pepper.
Heat the bbq to approx 180 degrees, place the fillets on a flate plate or use the Weber frypan.
Cook for around 2 min each side and watch for the fillets to turn golden brown. (Do not overcook the fillets)
Once cooked, place the fillets on the serving plates and sprinkle the Pine nuts over them.
