Description

We understand and comply with all current Australian standards that cover flexible ducting. When your choice is for quiet, clean and healthy air, insist on the MetalflexTM range of flexible duct. The smooth internal surface maximises air flow, minimises noise levels and the non-allergenic polyester blanket provides the necessary insulation to optimise your systems performance. The SAFEFLEX® range of flexible duct is highly recommended for all ducted reverse cycle, evaporative cooling and gas heating installations. Manufactured to Australian Standard AS4254- 2002, the MetalflexTM range of flexible ductwork passes all fire, impact and pressure tests. The MetalflexTM range of flexible ductwork is thermally insulated using calculated ratings R0.6, R1.0RT, Rm1.0 and Rm1.5 to obtain maximum efficiency, and complies (insulation section) to the building code of Australia AS 4859.1. In keeping with the confidence we have in our manufactured range, MetalflexTM warrants its products for a period of 10 years when the entire ducted system is comprised of Metalflex’s flexible duct and components.
