Cottage Cheese & Pepper Skewers

Ingredients

500 gms   Cottage Cheese
1 tbsp   Garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp   Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp   Honey
3 tbsp   Hung Curd
1 tsp   Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp   Cumin Powder
1 tbsp   Fresh Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped)
1/2 tsp   Black Pepper
1/2 tsp   Turmeric
2 each   Onion
2 each   Red Bell Pepper
2 each   Green Capsicum

Method

1.Cut the paneer into 1 1/2" thick cubes. Wash and deseed the peppers and cut them into similar sized cubes as well. Peel and quarter the onion, and remove its layers so that you have even sized onion pieces.

2.In a mixing bowl mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and whisk together. Place the paneer, capsicum, pepper and onion in the marination and fold them in well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.

3.Using pre-soaked thick bamboo skewers, skewer a piece of pepper followed by a piece of paneer, then capsicum and then onion. Repeat this 3 times on each skewer till all the ingredients have been used up. 

4.Place the skewers on a moderately high heat Weber One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill and cook covered for 2 minutes on each side; brush each side with a little oil before turning. When all four sides have been done, about 10 minutes, the skewers are ready to serve.
