Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 lbs. white stuffing mushrooms
  • ½ cup of Ultimate Garlic Butter (could need more or less)
  • 1 cup shredded extra old white cheddar cheese

  • Method

    Step 1

    Preheat grill to about 300 Degrees.

    Step 2

    Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems but do not throw the stems out.

    Step 3

    Place mushrooms on grill, cap side down and allow to cook until mushroom fill up with their natural juices.

    Step 4

    Empty mushroom caps of juices and place a good amount of garlic butter into cap.

    Step 5

    Allow to cook for about 20 minutes watching that mushroom don’t burn.

    Step 6

    I’am also lucky to have a local cheese factory just north of us too. Now fill the caps with extra old cheddar cheese (6 year plus) allow to melt and enjoy these tasty morsels.
