Simple BBQ'd fish
Preparation & Cooking Time: Cooking time 5-6 min
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 50g soft butter
- 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs
- zest of 1 emon chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 x 200g firm whitw fish fillets
Method
- Combine the butter, herbs, lemon zest and pepper together.
- Place butter in a heatproof bowl on the side of the bbq.
- Place fish on oiled bbq plate
- Cook for 2-3 min each side while basting with butter.
- Serve with green olive salsa
