Simple BBQ'd fish

Preparation & Cooking Time: Cooking time 5-6 min
Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 50g soft butter
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs
  • zest of 1 emon chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 x 200g firm whitw fish fillets


Method

  • Combine the butter, herbs, lemon zest and pepper together.
  • Place butter in a heatproof bowl on the side of the bbq.
  • Place fish on oiled bbq plate
  • Cook for 2-3 min each side while basting with butter.
  • Serve with green olive salsa
