Sizzlin garlic prawns

Ingredients
- 500grams green (raw) prawns
- 40ml olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 small red chilli, finely diced
- pinch of safron threads (soaked)
- 20 ml boiling water, optional
Method
- Peel prawns, removing heads, but leaving tails intact.
- Remove intestinal tract (devein)
- Place sizzling plate on hot BBQ grill and allow to heat for 10 min.
- Add garlic oil and chilli.
- Cook for 1-2 min until fragrant
- Add prawns and cook for 2 min then turn over.
- Add safron water, if using and cook for further 2 min
