An Aussie favourite, lamb is a must if you have not tried it low and slow and this rub pairs PERFECTLY with it!
With a salt, pepper and herb component, this rub also adds umami with traditional notes of thyme and rosemary along with back notes of lemon and parsley. Again, as with all of our Signature Blend rubs, it does not have the usual 'heat' component, so the kids will enjoy it too!
All rubs are made in small batches and contain no artificial colours, preservatives, fillers or anti caking agents. Some clumping will occur if kept over time. Simply squeezing the packet and rolling will remove the clumps.
